Planting a Tree

Nano entrepreneurship

The CFBT Nano Entrepreneurship Programme (CNEP)

Empowers individuals— especially women, minorities, and underprivileged groups—to build microenterprises with minimal capital, targeting local needs and promoting grassroots economic development.

Unlike mere self-employment, Nano Entrepreneurs aspire to scale and generate employment within 2–3 years. CNEP fosters an entrepreneurial mindset and provides structured support including:

Market mapping & linkages

Training in e-commerce, export markets & marketing Financial literacy & credit facilitation

Handholding through the entrepreneurial journey

Special emphasis is given to supporting highly educated yet hesitant women and marginalized communities by using workshops, motivational stories, and localised mentorship.

With its pan-India presence, CFBT ensures sustained guidance and ecosystem development to enhance family incomes, boost community resilience, and nurture a sustainable entrepreneurial culture at the grassroots.

Society for Elimination of Poverty (SERP) Projects by CFBT CFBT, in collaboration with SERP, implemented two significant community-driven education initiatives in Andhra Pradesh:

2. Girl child health, hygiene & safety

Girl Child Hygiene – A CFBT Commitment

At CFBT, we believe that girl child hygiene is not just a health necessity—it is a cornerstone of dignity, empowerment, and uninterrupted education. Our commitment is to ensure that every girl learns in an environment that supports her physical and emotional well-being. Aligned with the Government of India’s Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao initiative, we strive to protect, educate, and empower the girl child by addressing one of the most critical, yet often overlooked, aspects of her growth—personal hygiene

Our initiatives focus on:

  • Menstrual hygiene education through age-appropriate and culturally sensitive sessions. Providing access to sanitary products in partnership with local health organizations.

  • Training teachers and parents to respond with empathy and awareness to adolescent health needs.

  • Ensuring clean, private, and girl-friendly sanitation facilities in all our supported schools.

.By integrating hygiene education into our broader learning framework, we empower girls to stay in school, grow in confidence, and become advocates for their own health and rights

CFBT stands committed to creating safe, inclusive, and informed spaces where every girl can thrive—because when we support her hygiene, we support her future

3. Self defence through fitness

Self-Defence Through Fitness – A CFBT Initiative

CFBT believes that self-defence begins with self-confidence, and fitness is the foundation of both. Our initiative on Self-Defence through Fitness equips students—especially girls—with the strength, awareness, and presence of mind to protect themselves.

Key components include:

  • Functional fitness routines to build stamina and reflexes.

  • Basic martial arts and defensive techniques taught by trained professionals.

  • Awareness sessions on personal safety, boundaries, and alertness.

  • Empowerment through movement—building strength, agility, and assertiveness.

By integrating physical strength with mental resilience, CFBT helps create a generation of students who are not only fit and fearless, but also prepared to navigate life safely and confidently
