Chance for a Child:
CFBTES – Chance for a Child & Empowerment Initiatives Chance for a Child is CFBT Education Services’ flagship scholarship programme, designed to restore hope and dignity to children from underprivileged backgrounds. Initially launched a decade ago and now being revived post-pandemic, this initiative ensures continuity of education for children at risk of dropping out due to financial hardship. The programme supports 200 meritorious students annually across primary to higher secondary levels, offering scholarships up to ₹40,000 per child, including assistance for books, uniforms, and other essentials.
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 70% academic performance.

Family income less than ₹2 lakhs per annum or crisis-affected families.

Children who would otherwise be forced into child labour or miss out on education.
Over the past 15 years, CFBT has partnered with various organisations and successfully supported over 3,000 students across India. Most recently, in partnership with Celkon Impex Pvt. Ltd., CFBT has extended support to more than 100 students, thanks to their generous funding and commitment to education for all.
